Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is a traditional style jerk seasoning with the authentic taste of Jamaica.

USE IT WITH

Perfect for chicken, pork and fish. Rub onto the meat before cooking and, for best results, marinate overnight but at least 30 minutes. Walkerswood recommend about 2 to 3 tablespoons of marinade for every kilogram of meat. You can even add this to cooked vegetables to add another dimension of flavour.

TASTING NOTE

Spring onions and Scotch Bonnets are the main 2 ingredients to the seasoning providing a fresh, lively base that is perfect to rub into your favourite meats. All Spice, nutmeg and thyme give transform the marinade to that traditional style jerk flavour. The Scotch Bonnet chilli heat is intensified during the cooking process to give a nice even burn and better still the low sugar content in the marinade means that the meats won't burn during the cooking process. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
