Ingredients: Ribeye steak, olive oil, Ancho Espresso Rub.

Instructions: Coat your ribeye steak generously with the Ancho Espresso Rub. Let it sit for at least an hour, allowing the flavours to infuse the meat. Heat your grill to high, lightly oil the grates, and grill the steak to your preferred level of doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing to keep it juicy and flavourful.

Spiced Espresso Pork Chops -

Ingredients: Pork chops, olive oil, Ancho Espresso Rub.

Instructions: Rub your pork chops with the Ancho Espresso Rub and let them marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge. Heat a skillet with some olive oil and cook your pork chops on medium heat until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
